Please ensure that you select the correct form for the MBA you are applying for. 1/ With your mouse, right-click (or Control-Click on Macintosh) on the icon below and "save as..." the PDF application file to your preferred location (on your Desktop, on your personal document folder, or on a removable/pocket USB drive for example) 2/ Open the PDF file with ACROBAT READER VERSION 7.0 or above. Note: opening the application in lower versions of Acrobat Reader (<7.0) will not work! To download and install the free ACROBAT READER, please visit http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions.html 3/ Once open within the appropriate Reader version, fill-in your form directly, save as you progress, and finally submit |
