What is RSS?
"RSS" stands for "Really Simple Syndication" and it is a format that facilitates the process of broadcasting web content. It allows users to connect fast and easily to web resources without browsing.
Readers/Aggregators
In order to benefit from RSS, you need an RSS reader, also referred to as an RSS aggregator. Below you will find a list of aggregators for Windows and Macintosh. Aggregators for Windows:
* FeedDemon - One of the best readers for Windows
* Omea - A fairly advanced and free for download reader
* SharpReader - A very basic, but robust free for download reader
Aggregators for Mac:
* NetNewsWire Lite - A free version of the most popular and the best RSS Reader for Macintosh
* Vienna - A free-for-download alternataive to NetNewsWire
In order to use the RSS syndication for NetVestibule, all you need to do is to complete the following steps:
1. Install your reader.
2. Copy the URL displayed above.
3. In your reader, subscribe to a new feed using the URL you copied as the URL for the feed.
4. Enjoy RSS!
